3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at pusat4d. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Create a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Ensure all account details are consistent with valid identity documents.
• Not using false information, another person's identity, or misleading details during registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pusat4d supports a variety of trusted and secure local payment methods. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 and 15 minutes for supported payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same member's name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before approval.

Pusat4d does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without meeting the specified wagering (rollover) requirements.
• Each member is only eligible to claim any given promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Pusat4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonus system abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and further action taken against the account(s) involved.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically 30 days from the date of credit.

General game rules that all members are required to follow:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.

• Members are fully responsible for all bets placed using their account.

7 Account Security

• Not sharing your account with any other individual.
• Report immediately to the support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Pusat4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8 Account Closure

Members may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting the Pusat4D support team. All valid balances will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process.

Pusat4d reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, system abuse, or activity that violates these terms.
• The member is found to have provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The account is used for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities requiring us to do so.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, pusat4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network outages, or third-party actions.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member.
• Any device damage or data loss occurring during use of the platform.
